Tiger Airways adds Flights to Perth and Ho Chi Minh Routes

Tiger Airways is expanding flights to two of its hottest routes for summer travel. From 16 May 2008, the airline's Singapore – Ho Chi Minh City flight schedules will increase to 12 flights a week. From 1 June 2008, Singapore – Ho Chi Minh City flight schedules will increase to two flights a day. One way fares start from Sin$29.99 for travel till 25 October 2008 subject to seat availability.

From 1 June 2008, the Singapore – Perth flight schedules will increase to 11 flights a week for the Northern Summer Season, up from the current seven flights a week. Between 18 June and 10 August 2008, Tiger Airways will increase capacity to offer two flights a day, bringing weekly scheduled flights to a total of 14. One way fares start from Sin$59.99 for travel till 25 October 2008 subject to seat availability.

Tiger Airways Chief Commercial and Marketing Officer Rosalynn Tay said, "With the additional flights now on sale, it means more low fare travel to Tiger Airways destinations. Both Perth and Ho Chi Minh City have proved to be extremely popular with consumers and the addition of thousands of low fare seats will ensure even more travelers who will be able to take advantage of Tiger Airways’ outstanding fares. We are confident these additional services will also contribute to the strong growth in the tourism to Singapore from Australia and Vietnam."
