Senior Appointments at Hotel Dynamics

Hotel Dynamics recently appointed Dragos Andrianu as Business Development Director, Middle East and Elsa Roodt as the new Marketing Manager for Middle East & Europe.

Hotel Dynamics has been assisting hotels and large hospitality corporations since 1987 to reach their full potential by supporting them with customer loyalty programs, revenue enhancers, profit solutions and occupancy drivers.

Dragos has over 8 years of Sales and Marketing experience, ranging from 5 star properties like Hyatt International and  IHG. He has a flair for people management and he is very passionate about development and enhancing current technology and systems.

Elsa has over 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry. She is very passionate about F&B and operations with a flair for Marketing  and PR. She has gained several skill sets with her passion for people, creative directorship, event management, above the line and below the line advertising, brand development and retention strategies.
