Laguna Phuket launches The Lofts at Laguna Village Project

The Laguna Phuket has launched The Lofts at Laguna Village project. Delivering a variety of unit types, The Lofts at Laguna Village will comprise one-bedroom single floor Executive apartments, two-bedroom Lofts set within a two-storey open floor-plan setting, and three-bedroom Penthouse units.

The one and two-bedroom units will be 90 and 152 square metres respectively, some with private jet-pools, while the three-bedroom Penthouse units will offer 509 square metres, including a rooftop pool, BBQ, table and garden. There will be 110 units, situated in three buildings surrounding a lake with lush landscaping and manicured grounds, located on the northeast corner of the recently completed Laguna Village project. Each unit will have a private balcony, affording stunning views of the tropical rainforests and mountains surrounding the development.

Owners of a Loft unit will be able to choose from three different professionally designed and custom tailored interior furniture packages: Phuket Sand, Phuket Spice and Phuket Chic. Phuket Sand will feature a modern blend of different shades of beige, while Phuket Spice will be more vibrant with bright, eclectic colours. Phuket Chic will borrow from the clean lines of a white luxury yacht and feature a nautical appearance. 

Additional upgrade packages are also available, such as modern kitchen and bathroom upgrade packages, with cutting-edge options including a home automation package, an audio/video entertainment package, lighting package, auto window blind package, alarm system, and much more.

The Lofts at Laguna Village will be available for potential owners to purchase (foreigner freehold available) at back-to-back exhibitions starting with an exhibition in Hong Kong on 20-21 September 2008, and then the following week in Stockholm on 27-28 September. Customers reserving units during the exhibitions will receive specials including a free Golf Membership and pre-release pricing starting at approximately Thai Baht 8 million for an Executive one-bed, Thai Baht 13 million for a Loft two-bed unit, and Thai Baht 31 million for the huge Penthouse three-bed. Private appointments in the designated areas will be available for three days following each exhibition.

Owners will also receive many privileges exclusive to the Laguna lifestyle; a Residents’ Privilege Card providing discounts at the 30 bars and restaurants within Laguna Phuket, complimentary use of Laguna hotels’ facilities, and much more. They may also choose to join the Laguna Village Rental Program, placing their units under the management of Laguna Phuket to receive a return on their investment while retaining 60 days per annum for their own personal use.

Residents at The Lofts at Laguna Village will also enjoy privileges at the new Laguna Village Clubhouse, which will be located within walking distance. Construction of the Clubhouse is expected to commence in December 2008, to be completed in August 2009. The Clubhouse will be open to all residents in Laguna Village, which comprises not only The Lofts, but also the two-bedroom Laguna Village Villas, three-bedroom Laguna Village Townhomes, four-bedroom Laguna Village Residences and the Deluxe project in Laguna Village.

Complementing the sleek, modern appearance of The Lofts at Laguna Village, the Laguna Village Clubhouse will feature an indoor restaurant serving both Western and Thai-style food with a bar and outdoor lounge, reception area, business centre with Internet terminals, up-market convenience store, fitness centre complete with free-weights and various exercise machines, sauna, large swimming pool with sun loungers, covered children’s play area with a sand pit and jungle gym, and a BBQ area complete with tables and seating.
