Henriette Fenger Ellekrog has been appointed Executive Vice President, HR of the SAS Group and a
member of SAS's group management.
Henriette Fenger Ellekrog is currently Executive Vice President, Corporate HR and Chief of Staff of
the Danish telecoms company TDC. She has held senior positions at TDC since 1998, including Vice
President, HR at TDC Mobile from 2002 to 2004 and Senior Vice President, Corporate HR for the
Group from 2004 to 2006.
Before joining TDC
Henriette worked for the consulting firm Mercuri Urval and for Peptech, an Australian
company operating in the biotech sector.
Henriette Fenger Ellekrog holds an MA (Specialized Language for Business) from Copenhagen
Business School as well as a Bachelor of Commerce from Niels Brock Copenhagen Business
College, and has also completed courses at INSEAD and the London Business School.

is a member of the Committee on Labour Market Policy at the Confederation of Danish Industries (DI) and of Denmark's National
Network of Business Leaders.
