For those seeking a true culinary celebration
this New Year's Eve, the IndoChine Group in Singapore is offering the
1920's Colonial Ball: A New Year's Eve celebratory party promising an evening of exceptional
cuisine and superb entertainment on Monday, 31 December 2007.
With
a six-course dinner menu specially designed for the event, the selections created
range from the extravagant to the simply classical, and each course will be prepared in the Head
Chef's signature style of modern Indochinese cuisine.
The New Year's Eve menu is priced at
Sin$250++, and includes a free
flow of wine, beer, sparkling wine, soft drinks, juices and party favours. Seating is available from 7pm
through to midnight indoors and guests also have the choice of the alfresco area with a view of the
Singapore River.
In addition to the celebration of the finest cuisine, guests will continue the festivities during dinner with a rocking party and dancing as Melt
will be performing throughout the course of the evening with a countdown and midnight toast to ring in the New Year.
