Hong Kong Express Airways
has relocated its passenger check-in desk to Hong Kong airport’s new Terminal 2.
“The relocation of our check-in desks is an important element in the strategy we set for this year. The range of new facilities and amenities,
plus the terminal’s improved transport connections are a terrific advantage for passengers. But it is the increased space at T2 that enables
us in turn to offer more efficient check-in that really brings the overall passenger experience closer in line with our service standard goals,”
said Mr. Ronnie Choi, President of Hong Kong Express Airways.
The relocation to T2 comes amidst Hong Kong Express Airways’ recent ramping up of new route openings. This month to date, the airline
has already successfully launched service to two new destinations – Yangon and Kuala Lumpur, as well as increasing flight frequencies
from three times weekly to daily on its recently introduced Bangkok service. Continuing with its strategic plan for expansion, a further new
route between Hong Kong and Kathmandu will also be added to the airline’s network by mid December.
