HITEC 2009 to be held in Anaheim, California

The 2009 Hospitality Industry Technology Exposition and Conference (HITEC) will be held June 22-29 at the Anaheim Convention Center in Anaheim, California.

"Anaheim and the surrounding area is a dense location for the hospitality industry," said Frank Wolfe, CAE, CEO of Hospitality Financial and Technology Professionals (HFTP) "It is only fitting that HITEC, the world's largest hospitality technology exposition and conference, would be held in an area so rich with hospitality industry properties and companies."

HITEC, produced by HFTP, offers a unique combination of top-notch hospitality technology education, led by industry peers and experts, and an unparalleled trade show showcasing the latest hospitality technology products and services from over 300 companies.

The upcoming HITEC 2008 will be held June 16-19 at the Austin Convention Center in Austin, Texas. It will include a new schedule, with the Opening Session and Welcome Reception on Monday evening; the new version of GuestRoom 2010, a futuristic model hotel room; the Club Technology Pavilion, a central location in the exhibit hall for club-related technologies; and the FAVE Awards, which recognizes suppliers, products and solutions.
