It might be home to the Poland’s most dazzling casino, but the business team at the new Hilton Warsaw Hotel and Convention Centre are taking a
different gamble to grab a slice of the world’s conference and meetings market. The team is staging a million Hilton HHonors bonus points lottery
for anyone who holds a function at the hotel - valued at more than EUR 50,000 - between the hotel’s launch date on March 19 and August 31,
2007.
“The odds of becoming a ‘millionaire’ are higher than usual,” said Ronald Diesenreiter, Director of Business Development at the Hilton Warsaw
Hotel and Convention Centre. “We hope to win about 10 suitable pieces of business during the six months of our Meeting Millions Giveaway
campaign. That means every meetings booker to match our criteria has a 10%
chance of winning.”
A million Hilton HHonors bonus points opens up vast options. As the only guest rewards program to offer both HHonors points and airline miles,
the winner could redeem enough points for two weeks of sun at the British Colonial Hilton Nassau in the Caribbean, a circumnavigation of
Australia stopping at the seven Hilton hotels for three nights each, or 16 nights at one of the grandest hotels of them all, the Waldorf
Astoria
hotel in New York. And, there could be enough points left over to put toward a domestic flight.
Purposely built and designed to house the largest and most modern five-star convention centre in Poland, the Hilton Warsaw
offers a total of 3000 sqm of flexible meeting
space, the hotel can easily accommodate events for more than 2000 delegates, all linked directly to
high-speed wired and wireless internet.
Conference packages start from €48 per delegate and include meeting room, standard conference equipment, conference beverages, two coffee
breaks and a buffet lunch with beverages. Meanwhile, rooms start at €89 per night inclusive of breakfast, and exclusive of the seven percent VAT.
