Shanghai Tang opens Boutique at Mandarin Oriental, Miami

Florida’s first Shanghai Tang, the luxury brand renowned for its vibrant and witty articulation of Chinese culture translated in its fashion, accessories and homeware items has opened at the Mandarin Oriental, Miami.

“We are thrilled to offer our guests and local residents a new luxury shopping experience,” said Gabriella Panis, Mandarin Oriental’s Retail Manager. “As the leader of Modern Chinese Chic, Shanghai Tang perfectly befits the hotel’s vibrant design and Oriental heritage.”

Located on the hotel’s lobby level, Shanghai Tang offers a full range of celebrated Chinese inspired products: ready-to-wear for women, men and children, accessories and homewares, all using the most luxurious materials whether it is Chinese silk, Mongolian cashmere or the most refined shearling.

“Further to the opening of our stores in New York and Hawaii, it is a pleasure to bring the unique Shanghai Tang shopping experience to yet another major destination in the US,” said Raphael Le Masne De Chermont, Executive Chairman of Shanghai Tang.

In addition to quality women’s and men’s apparel, Shanghai Tang offers a variety of accessories ranging from beautiful silk or leather hand bags, pouches and cases adorned with jade, to silver cuff links, key rings and fine writing instruments. Homeware from candles, fragrances – including the famed “Ginger Lily” scent to photo frames, chinaware and other decorative items allow guests to bring the Shanghai Tang experience home.

Shanghai Tang is open Monday through Thursday from 10am to 6pm, Friday and Saturday from 10am to 9pm and Sunday from 10am to 6pm.

Since its inception in 1994, Shanghai Tang now has 23 boutiques in the world’s most prestigious shopping districts of Shanghai, New York, Paris, London or Hong Kong to name a few.
