Leonardo Expands Relationship with Small Luxury Hotels of the World

Travel News Asia Wednesday, 21 February 2007

Leonardo Media is strengthening its existing relationship with Small Luxury Hotels of the World (SLH), an exclusive hotel brand that boasts over 400 luxury hotels in 65 countries.

Under the agreement, Leonardo will upgrade SLH from a Private Digital Library to a customized Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform to enable the group unlimited storage and management of all their rich media content. Further, they will have synchronized distribution to the entire Leonardo Network – Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre, Worldspan, Pegasus, WorldRes and key channels such as Yahoo!, Opodo and Orbitz.

"Pictures are worth a thousand words and an invaluable asset in promoting our properties to consumers through the media," commented Paul Kerr , Joint-Managing Director for Small Luxury Hotels of the World. "Leonardo's excellent technology allows our brand to store and share up to 10,000 high resolution images; all under the guise of a centralised platform."
