Sumanaseni, President of Thai Airways International, announced on
Tuesday that the airline has never considered to sell its share in Nok Air.
Nok Air was established as a low cost carrier in 2004, with major shareholders being THAI (39%), Krung Thai Bank
Company Limited (10%), Dhipaya Insurance Public Company Limited (10%), Government
Pension Fund (10%) and individual investors, with an investment capital of 500 million
Baht.
