Cathay Pacific's First
and Business Class passengers on long-haul and overnight flights are now receiving newly designed amenity kits featuring
designer bags – from Ipa-Nima, Victorinox and Agnès b. – together with premium products from leading skincare companies.
The First Class female amenity kit uses skincare products from Darphin, a brand established in France in 1958 that
uses advanced plant and aromatic technology to create “a state of inner and outer beauty”. This kit features a pastel
green suede evening bag exclusively designed by Ipa-Nima - a brand started in 1997 by former Hong Kong litigator
Christina Yu in Vietnam and known for its use of vibrant colours and unique embroidery.
The First Class amenity kit for men uses skincare products from Acca Kappa, the classic Italian brand. The “1869”
product line carried in the kit has been specially designed for men to evoke feelings of luxury and quality. The stylish
kit features an exclusively designed bag from Victorinox, the Swiss company that created the first Swiss Army knife in
1891.
The Business Class amenity kit features bags exclusively designed by renowned French fashion brand Agnès b. This
is the first time the brand has co-operated with an airline to develop an exclusive inflight item. The striped-print design
for the new bags was inspired by the décor of the first Agnès b. boutique opened in Paris in 1975. These signature
bags come in four different colours with two styles.
The Business Class amenity kit for flights from Hong Kong contains skincare products from Murad, a leading US
Doctor developed skincare range that is found in nearly 3,000 of the US’s best spas and available worldwide in 36
countries. Kits on flights to Hong Kong will continue to carry skincare products from Dermalogica, a US brand
founded on the belief that good skin care is not about pampering or luxury.
