Dusit Laguna Villas to exhibit in Hong Kong

Laguna Phuket will be showcasing its newest property development, the Dusit Laguna Villas, featuring an innovative 15-year financing program, at Phuket Select, an exclusive property and real estate exhibition in Hong Kong, scheduled for October 27-28, 2007. Potential investors will be able to meet with Laguna Phuket's Property Sales representatives in the East and West Rooms on the 23rd floor at the Mandarin Oriental Hong Kong from 10:00am to 7:30pm.

Dusit Laguna Villas are three-story terraced properties located within the renowned Dusit Laguna Resort. Among the 28 investment villas, six are absolute beach front units. The fully-furnished Dusit Laguna Villas are priced at US$ 888,888 for lakeside villas and US$ 1.6 million for ocean-front. Construction of the Dusit Laguna Villas is scheduled to be completed in mid 2008.
