The Regal Airport Hotel Meeting & Conference Centre, connected to the passenger terminal of Hong Kong International Airport, has launched a Full and Half Day meeting promotion.

Full Day Meeting Package: US$58up per person includes use of meeting venue at Executive Conference Centre from 9:00am to 5:00pm, morning and afternoon standard coffee/tea breaks plus luncheon.

Half Day Meeting Package: US$25 up per person includes use of meeting venue at Executive Conference Centre from 9:00am to 1:00pm and standard coffee/tea break

Other privileges include:

- One Suite upgrade for each 20 paid rooms (maximum 3 Suites per group)
- Complimentary in-room broadband Internet access
- Complimentary round-trip shuttle service between the Hotel and downtown shopping areas
- Free late check-out until 6:00pm
- 20% discount at all restaurants and bars (except Happy Hours and special menu)
- 20% discount on selected services at Business Centre
- Special offer for team building session

The promotion is valid until December 31, 2007, and applicable for the year of 2008 if confirmed booking on or before October 31, 2007. The prices quoted are subject to 10% service charge. The package is applicable for a minimum of 15 persons and booking of 8 guest rooms.
