Shanghai Marriott Hotel Hongqiao launches Group Meeting Package

From June 1st until August 31st, 2007, the Shanghai Marriott Hotel Hongqiao is offering an all-inclusive, Group Meeting Package.

At only CNY 1,350 per person per day, the Group Meeting Package features a one night stay in a Deluxe Room; main meeting room rental from 8:30am to 5:30pm; daily working lunch with a choice of international buffet or Chinese set; three refreshment breaks per day; a free flow of coffee and tea throughout meeting hours; writing pads, pencils, mineral water and mint candies; one flint chart, one white board and one screen.

A minimum of ten sleeping rooms and ten participants are required for this special meeting package rate.

The Shanghai Marriott Hotel Hongqiao is located next to the thriving Hongqiao Development Zone and just a few kilometers from the Hongqiao International Airport serving many destinations throughout Mainland China. The Downtown, Bund, and Pudong areas are also readily accessible by way of the Yan’an Expressway. This hotel’s Grand Ballroom and Executive Ballroom are perfect for large-scale conferences and banquets, while 8 Function Rooms offer smaller, more intimate settings and feature high-speed internet and the latest in audio visual equipment. Guests can also choose to unwind by dining at six unique food outlets, swimming in the heated indoor swimming pool or exercising at the 24-hour Health Club.

The booking deadline for this promotion is May 31st, 2007 and the above rate is subject to 15% tax and service charge.
