Hertz UAE has
opened a new branch in Dubai. The new branch is situated in the Radisson SAS Hotel in Dubai Media City and is the company’s
13th outlet in the UAE and part of an ongoing strategy to widen its network across the country and improve its service to customers.
Bob Farrow, Hertz UAE general manager,
said, “We are entering an exciting phase of growth with new branches planned across Dubai to match the city’s rapid population increase as well as the
projected growth in tourism over the next few years.”
Hertz
UAE, part of the Al Futtaim group, is one of the fastest growing car rental and leasing
company's in the market and in 2006 recorded a 23% revenue growth compared with the previous year. This year it plans to open new branches in Dubai Marina, Dubai Festival City, Sheikh Zayed Road
and the new Terminal 3 at Dubai International Airport with a further branch planned for Dubai Investment Park in 2008.
