Singapore is launching a one-stop solutions provider for all Meetings, Incentive, Conventions and Exhibitions planners.
The hotel currently features ServiceOne, a one-stop round-the-clock phone extension to meet in-house guests' needs. The MeetingOne service
concept has been crafted to provide the same level of personalised care to meet all meeting planners' needs. MeetingOne will feature a dedicated
phone extension and Butler as well as a MeetingOne Desk on level 2 of the hotel, strategically located in a foyer amidst the meeting rooms. These
avenues will provide immediate service for meeting planners including business and secretarial services, housekeeping and events-related
matters. The MeetingOne Butler will welcome meeting planners from the moment they arrive at the hotel and continue in providing assistance
throughout the event, adding the element of personalised care to an event.

The breadth of MeetingOne will encompass services such as arranging for Internet access, secretarial services, re-confirming air tickets and
restaurant reservations.
Pan Pacific Singapore offers 2,327 square metres of event venue and 775 guest rooms.
