Airlines has appointed Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited (Hactl) as its cargo terminal operator at the Hong Kong
International Airport to provide physical cargo handling service.
Stephen Miller, Chief Executive Officer of Oasis Hong Kong Airlines,
