Swiss-Belhotel International, a Hong Kong based international hotel management company
recently signed a joint venture agreement with Alpha Tours of Dubai, United Arab Emirates to set up Swiss-Belhotel International Middle East to manage international hotels in United Arab Emirates
and other countries in the Middle East African, CIS regions.
Swiss-Belhotel International was founded in Hong Kong in 1986 and has since expanded its management to over twenty hotels in China,
Hong Kong, Vietnam, Philippines, Malaysia and Indonesia.
The joint venture with Alpha Tours has been negotiated over a one year period. Alpha Tours is
one of the largest inbound tour operators in the United Arab Emirates and also is involved with executive jet charter, ground handling, transportation and tours, cruising, yachting and many other associated
businesses and services involved in the travel and tourism industry.
“It was a natural fit for Swiss-Belhotel International to team up with Alpha Tours
when expansion of our international hotel management services to the Middle East was being contemplated”

course Alpha Tours has an excellent reputation and relationships in the Middle East to help Swiss-Belhotel International expand into one of the
fastest growing areas in the world for the hotel and hospitality industry.”
Swiss-Belhotel International is also associated with international hotel management schools in Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand and China. This
ensures a source of well educated and trained hotel management executives and it is also the intention to bring international hotel management
education to the Middle East.
Swiss-Belhotel International has already set up a Regional Office in Dubai with Alpha Tours and it is expected that within one year at least five hotel
management contracts will be secured. Discussions are already being held with potential hotel
owners and developers.
