The Westin Resort Macau
is to hold an exclusive one-night-only ‘Mizubashou Sake’ menu tasting at its fine dining restaurant, Kwun Hoi
Heen.
On the night of Friday 17 November, Mr Shoichi Nagai, sake maker and President of Japan's Nagai Sake Brewery, who has travelled from Japan
for this exceptional evening, will be on hand to assist diners with the unique pairing of their meal with the Brewery’s famous sake wine.
The specially designed ‘Mizubashou Sake’ menu features dishes such as the delightfully prepared sea whelk, scampi and scallop tofu, wakame
salad and rice wine sauce paired with Mizubasho Ginjyo sake, as well as pan fried cod fillet on Chinese Miso sauce, topped with
seaweed wonton served with Mizubasho Premium Junmai Daiginjyo sake.
Lovers of beef will enjoy the tender sautéed Wagyu with chili bean sauce on a crispy rice cake with slices of lotus root marinated with pomelo
skin and Mizubasho Premium Daiginjyo sake, while diners with a sweet tooth won’t be able to resist the mille feuille of Japanese grapes and
mascarpone, served with jasmine scented vanilla bean parfait.

HK$750 per person and seating is limited.
