Novotel Citgate Hong Kong wins Oasis Hong Kong Airlines Crew Contract

The Novotel Citygate Hong Kong has won the contract of Oasis Hong Kong Airlines in offering “A Home Away Home” for its crew members.

The Novotel Citygate Hong Kong, one of the newest four star hotels in Hong Kong, has set a target to obtain 20% of its business from this market segment.

Our recently recruited 213 flight and cabin crew, selected from the best candidates in both Hong Kong and around the world, will provide business and leisure travellers with a refreshing flying experience. We are pleased that Novotel Citygate Hong Kong will provide a comfortable home for our crew to revitalise and be well-prepared for their next flight.”

All rooms feature double or triple glazed windows, reinforced concrete walls, acoustic mats underneath all floor surfaces and double thickness solid wood entrance door to eliminate sound transfer from all sources.

“We recognize the importance of a good night sleep for travelers, especially pilots and flight attendants. We do exhaustive testing on the bedding and black out curtains to ensure the best possible result is achieved. Quality guest experience is our primary objective,” added Mr. Davies.

“Another consideration is the location, the hotel is only 5 minutes away from the airport, but it is also well connected to the city centre via the MTR network,” said Mr. Miller.
