The
Holiday Inn Rooty Hill has unveiled the fruits of its $2.4 million refurbishment, the key feature of which was the conversion of the top two floors
into 60 Executive Club Suites.
Designed by The IA (Interiors Australia) Group, the new suites are spacious and chic, catering to the almost even split between business and
leisure guests at the hotel. The rooms have been completely remodeled, from the fixtures, wall and floor coverings down to the soft furnishings,
in-room entertainment and business essentials such as high speed broadband. The refurbishment has also extended into the reception area and
the creation of a new business centre, in what has been the first phase of an ongoing capital investment into the hotel by owner, The Rooty Hill RSL
Club.
Situated minutes away from the Light Horse Interchange – which links the M2, M4, M5 and M7 motorways – and within a short drive of several major
Corporate business parks which fill land previously occupied by vineyards and cattle, Holiday Inn Rooty Hill’s upgrade was undertaken to cater to
shifts in traditional market segments. More than 800 hectares of pastoral land are set to be converted into business parks over the next five years,
accounting for approximately half of all industrial construction occurring in Sydney and adding to the existing 1,200 hectares of existing industrial
land that can be found on the west link Sydney corridor.
