Finnair is
adding more flights to its strike traffic schedule today, Friday 20 October despite the continuation of the Finnish flight attendants
union strike and the support action by the Transport Workers' Union.
Today the airline will operate all eight leisure flights and scheduled
services will be added to European destinations such as Barcelona and Budapest.
Long-haul passenger flights cannot be operated during the strike. On
Thursday Finnair was able to operate its strike traffic on schedule.
Finnair will fly to eight scheduled destinations in Europe
today: Barcelona, Budapest, Brussels, London, Paris, Rome, Stockholm and Tallinn. Domestic destinations are the same as on Thursday, namely Oulu, Kuopio and Tampere. A flight carrying cargo will be operated
from Beijing to Helsinki.
