Anantara Resorts appoints Delivering Asia as Sales Representative

Thailand based Anantara Resorts has appointed Delivering Asia as its sales representation partner in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan and Korea.

“We are truly delighted to welcome Delivering Asia to our international sales team” said Group General Manager, Jonathan Wigley. “Hong Kong in particular is a key market for Anantara Resorts and it is a strategic decision to seek out a partnership which will ensure continued develop in this significant growth market.”

Inspired by local architecture and sensitive to the indigenous culture, Anantara Resorts are currently located in the seaside town of Hua Hin (250kms south of Bangkok), on Koh Samui in the Gulf of Thailand and in the Golden Triangle in Thailand’s north.

Anantara opened its first property in the Maldives on 15 September 2006. The resort is a luxurious five-star boutique hideaway spread across five acres of tropical terrain on Dhigufinolhu (island) on the South Male Atoll and is conveniently located only 30 kms from the Maldivian capital of Male.

Anantara is taken from an ancient Sanskrit word that means 'borderless water', a name chosen for this element’s association in many Asian cultures with wealth and good fortune.
