Intelligent Spas releases New Spa Business Manuals

Intelligent Spas has released two new business manuals to assist spa operators simplify human resource management activities. The Spa Human Resource Management Manual and supporting Spa Employee Handbook contain comprehensive policies, procedures and ready-to-use forms to promote efficient operations and make staff management easier than ever.

The Spa Employee Handbook communicates important company information such as the organisation structure and standards of behaviour, whilst also providing staff with critical information needed to work under minimal supervision and perform relevant administrative functions, such as following rosters and completing time sheets, which are fundamental in the smooth daily operations of a spa.

The Revised Manuals

The Intelligent Spas' revised manuals are based on detailed feedback and preferences gained from clients who purchased and used Intelligent Spas’ original Spa Policies & Procedures Manual over the last three years. The manuals incorporate extensively expanded content in a new, editable file format (available with Site, Enterprise and Consultant Licenses) which allows easy customisation for unique requirements.
