Lufthansa
is to resume flights to Bahrain on 2 May 2006.
The
airline will operate three flights times a week - on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday
using an Airbus A330-300. Flights will depart from Frankfurt at around 13.10 hrs., arriving in Manama at
about 20.00 hrs. local time. After a stopover, the flight will continue to the capital of the United Arab Emirates, Abu Dhabi.
The return flight will again
operate via Bahrain, where the flight will take off bound for Germany at around 1.20 hrs. The aircraft is scheduled to arrive back in Frankfurt at
approx. 6.20 hrs.
To mark the
resumption of flights the airline is offering specials in both Economy and Business classes: anyone who books before 14th
May and flies before 30th July 2006, will pay 524 Euro in Economy Class and 2105 Euro in
Business Class.
