The
Mandarin Oriental, Macau has launched a special promotion that allows children
to compete in the resort’s innovative Macau Summer Fun Games! Valid until 31 August 2006, the package includes:
• One night’s accommodation for two in a Deluxe City View Room
• Daily buffet breakfast for two persons
• Access to the outdoor free-form swimming pool, outdoor Jacuzzi and fitness centre
• Daily newspaper
• Shuttle bus transfer between the Hotel and the Macau Ferry Terminal
• Special discount on the following Summer Fun Games at the Kids Co Children’s Centre
Kids Co, the children’s centre at the resort, will have three daily sessions of Summer Fun Games beginning at 10.30am, 2.00pm and 4.30pm
respectively. All children have the opportunity to visit the following game stations where everyone is a winner:
• Banana Boat: A fun rowing game to enhance paddling skills
• Fun Jump: Long jump practice in the hotel’s huge ball pond
• Football Fever: A chance to score a winning goal on a giant table football field
• Dice Rolling Game: Fun with dice and kangaroo jumps!
• Slam Dunk: Aiming for a top score by netting the ball
In addition, every Saturday and Sunday from 2pm to 5pm, a “Horse Riding Tour” will take children to the Coloane Island Horse Riding Centre to
learn essential balancing skills and how to ride a horse. Every Monday from 8am to 10am, there will also be fun in the pool with a variety of “Pool
Water Fun Games”.
The Summer Fun Package costs
HK$1,499 from Monday to Thursday and HK$899 for the second room (room only);
HK$2,099 for Friday and HK$1,599 for the second room (room only); HK$2,199 for Saturday and eves of public holiday and
HK$1,699 for the second room (room only); HK$1,599 for Sunday and HK$1,099 for the second room (room only). Special rate for each extra bed is
HK$250 while a HK$200 surcharge will upgrade to a Deluxe Room with resort view. Special rate for additional buffet breakfast costs
HK$120 nett per adult and HK$80 nett per child.
All prices quoted are subject to 10% service charge and 5% government tourism tax unless stated as nett figure.
