Gulf Air has appointed James Harrison as
the new General Manager for Ireland.
Harrison
moves from Gulf Air headquarters in Bahrain, where he was General Manager Corporate Sales looking after consolidating large company deals in multi-country
locations.
Harrison joined Gulf Air in November 2003 as Sales & Marketing Manager in London. After a year in London, he moved to Dubai as Area Manager, where he worked for
16 months before moving to Bahrain as General Manager Corporate Sales.
Since October last year Harrison was involved in setting up the newly-commissioned Dublin operations, which he will be heading from now on, based in Dublin.
"Dublin will provide a great new destination for Arab nationals to visit. The warmth and great personalities of the Irish people will make sure of a warm welcome,"
said Harrison.
