Pacific specialist Newmans Holidays has joined with Fiji’s national carrier, Air Pacific, to offer Australians
a comprehensive holiday brochure to Fiji for 2006/07.
“Fiji has long been a favoured Pacific holiday destination for Australian travellers,” said Melissa Watt, National Sales Manager for Newmans Holidays. “Our new
programme, Unforgettable Fiji Holidays, has been carefully designed to meet the requirements of all guests, from backpackers to those seeking a luxury retreat, and
from first time visitors to those who keep coming back.”
Newmans Unforgettable Fiji Holidays offers a choice of 53 resorts in 11 key areas of Fiji, including a range of new properties that have recently opened or are about to
open, providing much-needed additional accommodation.
Among the properties featured in the 32 page brochure, now being distributed to Australia’s travel agents, are the new Sofitel Resort and Spa, the Royal Davui Island
Resort and The Pearl South Pacific, as well as a comprehensive collection of properties in Fiji’s northern islands.
Two specific sections, The Backpacker Collection and The Luxury Collection, cater specifically to the needs of both markets, and there is another detailed section on
weddings in Fiji, with symbols throughout the brochure highlighting those resorts offering wedding packages.
Also featured in the Newmans Unforgettable Fiji Holidays programme is a range of additional options, from island hopping by air or by sea, and adventure pursuits such
as Feejee Experience; a four-day bus pass for the young at heart, including daily activities such as sand boarding, a jungle trek and visits to local villages.
There is a selection of cruise options with operators including Captain Cook Cruises and Blue Lagoon Cruises.
And a wide range of transfers is offered by Coral Sun, with a new fleet of air conditioned buses, private car transfers and 24 hour assistance available to Newmans
passengers.
Air Pacific offers over 50 non-stop flights per week from Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane to Nadi, with convenient Qantas connections from other Australian cities.
Holidays from the new brochure can be booked now for travel between 1 April, 2006, and 31 March, 2007.
