dedicated yoga facilities and stunning holistic spa areas at The Landmark Mandarin Oriental.”
The event will present a perfect opportunity for yoga practitioners of various disciplines – from studios throughout Asia Pacific to students within Hong Kong – to
gather, share and experience the authentic wisdom of yoga. Over the weekend, teachers and practitioners will discuss, debate, practice and share personal experiences
on yoga, and examine its core principles, benefits, and diversity in style.
Norwegian-born Alexander Medin, The Oriental Spa’s new full-time yoga master, who himself is ranked among the world’s leading Ashtanga Yoga practitioners, added.
“Anyone with an interest in yoga is welcome - from novices with only a few months’ experience to ardent practitioners with years of dedicated daily practice. We’re
offering something for everyone, dividing the groups according to level of experience.”
“This is an extremely unique and rare opportunity to experience traditional, quality yoga and to benefit from the knowledge and wisdom of these great teachers” he
added.
