A
member of Small Luxury Hotels the Hôtel de la Paix in Siem Reap,
Cambodia, recently opened its doors for business.
Created by internationally-acclaimed designer Bill Bensley, the five-star boutique hotel offers 107 rooms and suites. The hotel, located only six kilometres
from the magnificent UNESCO-world heritage site of Angkor, is set around an inner courtyard of gardens and Khmer-style water features.
Room facilities include state-of-the-art i-Pods with music and historical narrative which
are available for outside excursions. DVD players are provided in all 23 suites.

The hotel also encourages guests to support the local community with sponsorships for education, food supplies and support for NGO programmes in Cambodia.

Oberoi, Lombok, Indonesia.
At Hôtel de la Paix’s Spa Indochine, guests can indulge in soothing treatments in one of the five individual therapy rooms or in the luxury of a private, open-air Spa suite.
The hotel also provides a library with an array of cultural books, a wine cellar with world-class wines, and two restaurants with eclectic fare ranging from
seasonally-inspired Khmer cuisine to international dishes.
To celebrate Hôtel de la Paix’s launch, an exclusive offer of three nights for the price of two is available until 31 October, 2005. A stay in a Deluxe Room, which would
normally cost US$300 per night, is now available for US$165 per night including breakfast for 2 persons.
Hôtel de la Paix also offers nine Duplex Spa Suites with private rooftop terraces and expansive soaking tubs, five Garden Suites with large outdoor bathtubs within
