Lonely Planet has appointed ZUJI to power
its flight and hotel search, booking and payment functionality for Asia/Pacific
on its website.
As part of a process of enhancing our services to travellers, Lonely Planet sought to appoint a partner who could deliver technological expertise whilst offering
excellent travel service and value that would ultimately enhance the travel experience. We are now delighted to announce our partnership with
ZUJI said Mike McDermott, Travel Services Manager, Lonely Planet.
With initial B2B implementations with China Airlines in Taiwan, a major site implementation with Gullivers Pacific in New Zealand, ZUJI has hit the ground running with its
Travel Partner Network program, only formally announced as a corporate initiative for the organisation in January this year.
Chad Howard, ZUJIs General Manager of Partnerships
said that, This is a real coup for ZUJI, and we are delighted to be working with Lonely Planet, one of the
icon travel brands of our generation, and serving their significant traveller community.
For ZUJIs Travel Network Partners, the benefits come through ZUJIs ability to offer
back end technological functionality, without them having to build or maintain
the technology, or source the travel products themselves.
