Some of the hospitality industry’s leading minds from around the world
are expected to gather in Singapore on 7 December at the annual 2005 MasterCard Global Hospitality Forum.
The one-day event will bring together hospitality industry leaders including hotel chain executives, airline executives, restaurateurs, chefs, and travel distributors to
discuss the most important issues and developments affecting their businesses and profitability. Insights will be shed on the future of Asian travelers and what matters
most to Asia Pacific.
This is the second year that MasterCard is hosting this forum in
Asia Pacific, as part of its global focus on the travel and hospitality industry.

Speakers at the 2005 MasterCard Global Hospitality Forum will include Lim Neo Chian, Deputy Chairman and Chief Executive, Singapore Tourism Board; Lisa Hughes,
vice president and publisher of Condé Nast Traveler Magazine; Alfredo Gangotena, senior vice president and general manager,
Asia Pacific, MasterCard International and Dr Yuwa Hedrick Wong, economic advisor,
Asia Pacific, MasterCard International. In addition to industry speakers, the forum will also feature panel discussions on
key trends and issues that impact customer service and best practices to uncover opportunities.
The 2005 MasterCard Global Hospitality Forum will be held at the Grand Hyatt Hotel, Singapore.
