Diethelm Travel Asia appoints Julia Shi as Country Manager China

Diethelm Travel Asia has appointed Julia Shi as its new Country Manager, China, based in its office in Yunnan, China.

John Watson, CEO, Diethelm Travel Asia, said, “Following an extensive review of Diethelm Travel Yunnan, I am happy to have Julia on board as our new Country Manager.

“We are experiencing an unprecedented level of enquiries on inbound tourism in China and have taken the decision to invest in strengthening our business there. With fully licenced operations in Kunming, and extensive partners right across the country, we truly feel now is the time to expand our China operations.

“Julia is an inbound professional and her appointment, along with the recent hiring of additional staff, will ensure we provide a very high level of service through our China operation,” added Watson.
