Low
cost Sharjah-based airline, Air Arabia, and India's Kingfisher Airlines
have entered into a pact whereby passengers of both airlines can connect to each other’s destinations through Air Arabia’s website.
Customers can now connect conveniently to
Kolkata, Goa, Cochin, Bangalore and Delhi (Kingfisher Airlines’ destinations from Mumbai). With one reservation confirmation, customers will be able to travel on Air Arabia to Mumbai and then onwards to other Indian destinations on Kingfisher.
Air Arabia’s Head of Sales, A.K. Nizar said, “We are committed to make affordable travel accessible to more and more people and connect more destinations across this
region. Our exceptional partnership with Kingfisher is yet another innovative offer from Air Arabia to offer convenient and value for money travel to those who really
need it. We offer extremely good connections both ways as well as easy bookings.”
Air Arabia offers
attractive savings on these routes with fares for one-way trips starting from AED 399 from Sharjah to Goa, AED 499 from
Sharjah to Bangalore, AED 520 from Sharjah to Cochin and to Delhi and AED 599 from Sharjah to Kolkata, excluding taxes and surcharges.
Mr. Manoj Chacko, General Manager Sales, Kingfisher Airlines said “Constant innovation is a key factor in the success of Kingfisher Airlines in India. We believe in
providing the best to our guests. It is with this in mind that we have agreed to facilitate this connecting flight as an extension to Air Arabia within India. We will have
access to international consumers of Air Arabia and in return provide them access to Indian consumers from cities they do not operate in.”
