Bavaria Hotels International to open 2100 Suites Hotel in Dubai

Bavaria Executive Suites, will become the largest Suite Hotel in the Middle East, North Africa and Europe when it opens early 2006 in the heart of Dubai’s vibrant business district.

This luxury property of 2100 (two thousand one hundred) suites will offer five-star levels of service and comfort, featuring the latest technology complete with seamless security systems ensuring privacy and peace of mind, with panoramic views of the surrounding area.

Strategically located within the Dubai Technology and Media Free Zone, the two 40-floor towers are directly adjacent to Sheikh Zayed Road, in close proximity to the Jumeirah beaches, the Palm and the Emirates mall, with easy access to the airport, downtown Dubai and Jebel Ali Free Zone. The two towers are connected by a secure, temperature controlled bridge, which will also offer direct access to Dubai’s newest transport system: the Dubai Light Rail system.

The Bavaria Executive Suites will incorporate four unique Product Lifestyles, namely: Modern Living, Wellness, Successful Business and a Commercial Centre with support services.

The 2100 one, two and three bedroom designer suites are furnished and equipped with smart technology features such as IP telephones, Plasma Screen TVs and wireless connectivity with complimentary high speed internet access.

An “Angsana Spa” operated by Banyan Tree, two 25-meter swimming pools and a state of the art Lifestyle Fitness Club with a roof-top sports arena are some of the key features which complement the excellent Wellness facilities available to all residents and guests.
