MultiSell Technology Middle East
has launched MultiSphere, a flying projection screen housed in a gigantic helium
balloon, that can be used for high visibility advertising and projection purposes at trade exhibitions, concerts, fairs and other outdoor and indoor events.
The patented flying balloon comes in sizes ranging from 5 to 15 meters in diameter, and houses a first-rate TV display that produces sharp images through rear
projection and special foil. The pictures are clearly visible both by day and night.
In addition to the key messages or images being projected on the TV display, the round surface of the balloon provides a branding surface of up to 100 square
metres, giving unmatched added value for advertisers or event managers.
Announcing the launch of MultiSphere in Dubai, David Holm-Glad, Managing Director of MultiSell, the balloon's distributor, said: "MultiSphere adds a whole new
dimension to branding and projection logistics at public events.
It is novel, quick and easy to install and provides extensive visibility while allowing maneuverability in operation. It also offers the widest advertising area compared to
any other medium. We believe it is going to revolutionise the field of advertising."
First introduced in Germany, MultiSphere has been used to great effect at indoor and outdoor mega-events all over the world, as it offers unhindered and striking
visibility from all angles.
"The MultiSphere balloon has set new standards in terms of operation,"
said Holm-Glad. "Unlike larger balloons, it is ready for use in less than an hour or a few hours.
The uncomplicated assembly process saves time and money, and it eliminates the need to erect high scaffoldings. The larger balloon, with diameter of above 7 metres
conceived for outdoor use, can fly at heights of up to 50 metres. More significantly, it can be rotated, tilted or repositioned during operation."
"The Middle East is a booming market for trade fairs and outdoor events, and the region's outdoor advertising segment is growing exponentially.
Advertisers, exhibition and concert organizers are looking for hassle-free projection options and advertising media and MultiSphere more than meets these demands. We are confident this
novel balloon will become the 'king of the skies' in the region's outdoor advertising arena."
Following the initial success of the concept, MultiSphere balloons with bigger sizes are in the planning stages. While the 5 metre diameter balloon offers 1x 4100
ANSI-lumen of projector with a projection display of 320 x 240 cm, the 9 metre diameter balloon has 2 x 10,000 ANSI Lumen with a projection display of 600 x 450 cm. The
company is currently working on a 15 metre diameter balloon.
"The size expansion is matched by the development of branded exteriors to give the advertiser premium space all around the balloon," said Holm-Glad.
"The entire exterior of the balloon can be customised according to the advertiser's requirements or directions. This is yet another great feature that will make MultiSphere the
preferred flying projection medium in the Middle East."
