Lufthansa
is launching eXperts, a new web-based tool designed exclusively for front line travel agents to provide them with
up-to-date product information, news, booking tips, special fares, quizzes and much more.
eXperts members will have 24/7 access to a password protected website, where they will be able to send their waitlist requests, request group quotes, provide feedback
and view the latest Lufthansa news, including fleet and classes. They will also have access to special service request codes, reservation and ticketing procedures,
information on the network, seat maps and route maps, on board and on ground services and fare indications. Via the portal, agents will be able to download
all the necessary forms for their customers and order sales items. Lufthansa will also host incentive promotions and quizzes for eXperts members, with prizes to include
shopping vouchers and Lufthansa merchandise.
