Meritus Hotels & Resorts appoints Han Hun Juan as VP-Human Resource

Meritus Hotels & Resorts recently appointed Han Hun Juan as Vice President - Human Resource.

Mr Han received his Bachelor of Arts from National University of Singapore in 1983 and Graduate Diploma in Personnel Management from Singapore Institute of Management in 1986. He has more than 20 years’ experience in human resource, industrial relations, recruitment as well as compensation and benefits at hotel, regional and corporate levels.

Prior to joining Meritus, Mr Han was the Group Director of Human Resource of Raffles International, where he was responsible for managing the Human Resource Management functions for Raffles Brand worldwide. Additionally, he was involved in its hotel acquisition phrase and in the opening of the new hotels in the United States, Japan, China, Dubai and the Caribbean. He was also involved in setting up HR aspects of various business units including Amrita Spa (RC Spa Pte Ltd), hospitalitybex pte ltd and Thos SB Raffles.
