Etihad Airways,
which is barely two years old, is to make its first ever appearance at
the World Travel Market (WTM) in London which is taking place between 14
- 17 November, 2005.
“We are delighted to be exhibiting at the WTM for the first time. There’s so much news we want to share with the world travel trade about our exciting product
developments and new route announcements,” said Ian Ferguson-Brown Head of Marketing with Etihad Airways.
Etihad’s stand
- Middle East Pavilion 2575 - will showcase the airline’s products and approach to guest
services.
The
airline will also be hosting a press reception on the stand, at which media will be given an insight into Etihad Airways’ future plans and direction
and a new ‘Change the way you see the World’ global advertising campaign.
Since its inaugural flight in November 2003, the airline has strategically increased the number of destinations it flies to, adding at least one route each month. It currently
flies to 19 destinations, and aims to increase that figure to 70 destinations by 2010.
The airline will also be one of the first to fly the new Airbus A380.
