In aid to those who have been affected by the tsunami catastrophe in Asia,
SAS, in cooperation with Save the Children, is starting a collection from both customers and employees this week.
The SAS Group
will contribute to Save the Children an amount equal to that which has been collected.
The collection will take place for the next two weeks in
aircraft and hotels, at airports, ticket counters and at the airline's workplaces.
"Thanks to our long term and close partnership with Save the Children, it has been possible for us to act on a wide and international front. By doing this, we want to give
our support to the enormous work that has been started to reduce the suffering and help those who have been affected by the catastrophe," says Jörgen
Lindegaard, CEO for the SAS Group.
