agreement to collectively market their services.
As part of this arrangement, forumline will be the preferred supplier of e-Commerce, e-CRM, and SMS related solutions to
MarketShare's customers. In reciprocation, forumline’s customers will have special access to MarketShare’s customised market
research services.
