Hilton Hua Hin's new nutritious cuisine adds zest to Spa experience

The Spa at the Hilton Hua Hin, has added to its spectrum of sensual delights a brand new ‘nutritious cuisine’ for pampered guests to choose from. The innovative menu complements the spa experience, offering dishes which optimise the use of natural ingredients that are essential in the building of a healthy body, mind and spirit, using the healthiest - yet simplest - cooking techniques.

The Spa’s natural cuisine focuses on health, quality and freshness, with the nutritious cuisine concentrated on the use of fish and poultry, reduced fat and fresh herbs.

Through the introduction of Hilton’s natural cuisine, spa goers will have the opportunity to integrate healthy nutritional choices into their lifestyle.

The new natural cuisine is the brain child of Hilton’s executive chef, Lorenzo Rosso, also one of Italy’s top chefs. Lorenzo, who practices a healthy dining lifestyle, has 16 years experience in fine dining in Italy and Thailand and has worked in some of the world’s leading hotels.

The new menu presentation and style of cooking certainly reflects his penchant in healthy foods.

Located in Hua Hin, known as Thailand’s Royal Paradise, Hilton’s Spa retreat is truly a sampling of the latest trends in Western spa therapies, combined with a unique blend of Asian ritual spa experience. Guests enjoy stimulation of all the senses, with traditional massages and beauty treatments using completely natural products, pure essential oils, fresh fruits and herbs, Thai honey, and mineral rich salts and invigorating mud.

Aquatic delights are also offered in the form of herbal steam or refreshing bath.

Spa goers can ask for one of the many luxurious spa packages such as Body Bliss, Inner Balance or Pure Pleasure – each spa package is designed to offer a complete form of spa relaxation and rejuvenation. For instance, Body Bliss package offers a 2 ½- hour treatment which includes a mud wrap, a scrub and a choice of massage. The Spa provides an oasis of 1,200 square metres of relaxing space, located on the Mezzanine Floor of the hotel. It includes a spa mansion and private garden pavilions within the landscaped gardens of the newly refurbished 296-room Hilton Hua Hin Resort & Spa.
