Marriott Rewards, The Ritz-Carlton Rewards, and
Starwood Preferred Guests (SPG), are offering members a
range of exclusive experiences centered around the HKSevens
Rugby Week (3 to 9 April).
As an official sponsor, Marriott is
offering members the chance to use their loyalty points for one of
a series of special experiences
including VIP treatment at the matches and kick-off concert,
meet-and-greets with rugby legends, coaching clinics run by rugby
legends, gourmet culinary experiences and more.

stadium and at the nine properties under our new portfolio of
brands across Hong Kong, perfect for diehard rugby fans.”
To receive one of the special experiences,
members can bid using Starpoints at SPG Moments
and Marriott Rewards points at the Experiences Marketplace.

- Members get more throughout
HKSevens Rugby Week, starting at
HKSevens Central, a week-long community carnival held at Charter Garden. A limited
number of spaces have been reserved for members’ children to join
Rugby Clinics (4 to 6 April) led by some of the greatest Sevens
players of all time, such as Ben Gollings, Waisale Serevi, David
Campese and Huriana Manuel. The carnival will also feature music
and live bands as well as big-screen live broadcasts of Hong Kong’s largest annual sporting event.
- Members will get more when attending the HKSevens
Kick Off Concert (6 April) as they enjoy exclusive access to
Marriott’s VIP Area which includes premium seating. Exclusively
sponsored by Marriott Rewards, the Kick Off Concert is headlined
by legendary British bands Madness and From The Jam.
- VIP
treatment at the matches in the Marriott Executive Suite. Members can use points to redeem the ultimate VIP package to
watch the games. At the stadium from 7 to 9 April, members with VIP passes will enjoy exclusive access to the Marriott Executive
Suite and be treated to premium hospitality including food and beverages, dance performances by Marriott Rugby Ambassadors and
meet-and-greets with rugby legends. Strained from all of that cheering? Extra pampering will come in the form of head, neck and
shoulder massage by professional masseurs.
Unique Foodie Experiences
Open to all rugby fans with
admission for free, at HKSevens Central located in Charter Garden,
Marriott International will have a booth featuring a rotating menu
of signature dishes popular at properties including The
Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, W Hong Kong, Renaissance Hong Kong
Harbour View Hotel, Hong Kong Skycity Marriott Hotel, Courtyard by
Marriott Hong Kong and Courtyard by Marriott Hong Kong Shatin.
Additionally, starting on 20 March and throughout HKSevens Rugby
week, those properties, along with the JW Marriott Hong Kong,
Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers and Le Méridien Cyberport Hotel
will create special HKSevens menus featuring regional foods and
drinks popular in each country participating in the rugby
tournament.
A private meet-and-greet session with rugby legends of
the New Zealand team will also be hosted at the Mirage Bar &
Restaurant in the Renaissance Harbour View Hotel on 6 April (6
pm).
