Air Canada has launched daily Boeing 787-8
Dreamliner flights between Vancouver and Newark.
The airline's Boeing 787-8 Dreamliner aircraft
feature 20 International Business Class lie-flat seat suites, 21
Premium Economy and 210 Economy Class seats featuring upgraded
inflight entertainment at every seat throughout the aircraft.
"We look forward to welcoming onboard customers travelling between
the New York area and Vancouver, Air Canada's Pacific hub, and
experiencing our 787 Dreamliner service that features our new
Business Class – Transcontinental product," said Benjamin Smith,
President, Passenger Airlines at Air Canada. "Our Newark-Vancouver
flights offer easy connections to both our daily 787 Dreamliner
flights to Brisbane and our daily non-stop, 777 flights to
Sydney."
With the carrier's introduction of its new international onboard
product standard across its Boeing 777 and 787 fleets, the
777-200LR aircraft operating to Sydney feature the same
international onboard product standards across 40 International
Business Class suites, 24 Premium Economy and 236 Economy Class
seats.
