328 Appoints Andreas Bulić as Chief Financial Officer

328, a company which offers a broad spectrum of services to the aircraft industry and a subsidiary of Sierra Nevada Corporation, has appointed Mr. Andreas Bulić as Chief Financial Officer reporting to CEO, Dave Jackson.

Andreas will be responsible for 328 group financing and information technology activities.

Andreas brings more than 20 years of accounting, finance and IT experience to the Oberphaffenofen, near Munich-based aviation services company.

Prior to joining 328 he worked for more than 10 years as CFO for CAE Inc, a prominent Canadian company with subsidiaries in Europe, and a global leader in modelling, simulation and training for civil aviation and defense.

Andreas holds a degree in Business Administration, specialized in finance and controlling. He is married with three children.

328 employs over 150 aviation experts and supports more than 200 aircraft globally. Services offered include aircraft maintenance, base and line, avionics installation, refurbishment, exterior painting, Part-M services, STC design activities through its EASA Part 21J Design Organisation (Category 1A), parts’ manufacture through its Part 21G Approved Production Organisation (C1, C2 and D1 rating) and bespoke VIP interiors including avionic and IFE upgrades.
