Oakwood Residence Kapil Hyderabad to Open June 2015

Oakwood will expand its presence in India when the Oakwood Residence serviced apartments in Hyderabad, India opens in June. The property will be managed by Hoshang Garivala.

Oakwood Residence Kapil Hyderabad will provide fully equipped private apartments with full facilities and amenities, such as fully equipped kitchens, state-of-the-art wi-fi and internet connections, 24-hour customer service with security and CCTV surveillance, fully equipped fitness center, swimming pool and meeting facilities.

Centrally located in Gachibowli, a major IT suburb of Hyderabad, and the city’s new financial district, the property is just 30 minutes away from the Hyderabad International Airport and the city center.

Six of the 158 fully furnished and serviced apartment units are duplex apartments providing additional space and privacy.

General Manager - Oakwood Residence Kapil Hyderabad

Hoshang Garivala has been appointed general manager of Oakwood Residence Kapil Hyderabad.

Hoshang joined Oakwood in January 2011 as general manager of Oakwood Residence Naylor Road Pune. In March 2011 he was given concurrent responsibility as general manager of Oakwood Premier Pune and held these roles till his recent re-assignment.

During his time managing the two properties in Pune, Garivala was recognized with the “General Manager of the Year” Award 2012. Under his leadership, the property garnered industry awards for best service, best bar and lounge in Pune, best all-day dining restaurant in Pune and best Italian restaurant in Pune.
