Accor will expand its portfolio of ibis Styles
hotels in Asia later this year, with the opening of the new ibis
Styles Macpherson hotel in Singapore.
Lian Huat Group partnered with Nobel Design
Holdings and 2E Capital to create hotel, which will be the first
ibis Styles hotel in Singapore and one of the only
internationally-branded hotels in the MacPherson area.
Ibis Styles is what AccorHotels describes as “a
new fun and funky brand”.
The 298-room hotel, set to open in the last
quarter of this year, will be built around a resort-style pool
adjacent to the MacPherson Shopping Mall.
Shamila Rolfe, General Manager of the hotel,
said, “ibis Styles is a funky brand that appeals to the young,
modern and creative travellers of today and we are looking for
staff who are passionate about their job and their city so that
all our guests can enjoy the warmest welcome and the best
experience when they stay with us.”
