Charles Jack Joins Westin Tokyo as GM

The Westin Tokyo has appointed Mr. Charles Jack as General Manager.

A career hotelier, Charles possesses extensive experience in the hospitality sector. He began his career with Starwood Hotels and Resorts 26 years ago at Sheraton Hobart Hotel, and has since held various roles with the company in hotels and resorts in Australia, Fiji, Brunei and Thailand.

Charles recently relocated from Bangkok, where he served as General Manager of Royal Orchid Sheraton Hotel and Towers and The Westin Grande Sukhumvit Bangkok.

During his career, Charles has been recognized as a talented hotelier, guiding his teams with a high level of leadership and outstanding management skills. In 2011, as General Manager of The Westin Grande Sukhumvit Bangkok, he received the prestigious awards of “Best Employer in Thailand, and in Asia Pacific” by Aon Hewitt, a global human resources consulting and outsourcing firm.
