FCS Computer Systems Appoints Senior Director of Sales & Operations - North America

FCS Computer Systems has appointed Cody Martin as Senior Director of Sales & Operations of North America.

Cody will have responsibility over all FCS North American operations, in addition to safeguarding the interests of FCS' South American partners.

With over 15 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Cody played a role in the introduction of some hotel loyalty programs while employed with UniFocus. He was also one of the first employees of Worktopia, an organization that formulated online software as a service (SaaS) geared to the hospitality market. He also served as Vice President of Sales and Development for a PMS company that caters to casinos and boutique hotels.

"Having led several technology-focused hospitality companies to an increased rate of growth, I am enthusiastic about joining an organization that is currently undergoing expansion in the Americas," said Cody. "Ensuring that hotels in the region have access to the industry's most advanced tools for property management and guest satisfaction, as well as unmatched service support, will allow me to be a part of enhancing the area's future hospitality market outlook."

Cody holds a BA degree from Baylor University.
